If you have a 939 pin 4200+ chip it will fit. Remember to update the BIOS so that your chip is recognized properly.

I’m running a 4600+ on that motherboard right now.

Your best bet would be to talk to the dealer about whether the CPU will fit. My research indicates it won’t but, as you can see, vendors often give contradictory messages.

Personally, I’d go with a motherboard specific to the CPU.
