However if you don’t have the Internet at all, then it’s probably a completely different problem.

It’s going to be best to call a computer tech and let them have a look at the system.

Either use system restore & then download the ZoneAlarm update to version 70-483-000 to cure this, or moving the Internet Zone Security slider to Medium will allow web access to download the update.
