If that’s the case then it would be best to contact the system vendor, which is probably Hewlett Packard as it seems their machines were the worst affected by this bug.

There is a conflict in the Service Pack 3 download relating to the AMD processors. Apparently AMD athlon and other AMD processors will not accept the SP3 download.
