I have followed the above instructions but still have to re-enter my outlook email passwords in each time i open outlook. i have a new HP netbook with windows 7 starter and have installed my outlook 2002 sp3. It worked fine on my xp pc.what can i do next – i have tried trying to create a ne profile and associateing my pst file with it but that hasn’t worked either. I have also change the settings to use same server for incoming and outgoing mail. Help!!!

I did all that you have said, and it did not work. After I hit send/receive to get my mail in I still have to put in my password and I always save just incase it magically works.
I hate microsoft for removing the email program from 7.
